Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1, Vehicle Pickup in Islamabad
Collect your 4x4 and route pack. Begin the drive toward Skardu.
Days 2 to 3, Drive to Skardu
Follow the KKH at your own pace with suggested stops at Besham, Chilas and viewpoints along the way.
Days 4 to 6, Explore Skardu at Your Pace
Use our route map to visit Shangrila, Upper Kachura, Shigar Fort, Deosai (4x4 required, included) and Khaplu, on your own schedule.
Day 7, Return Drive
Drive back to Islamabad and return the vehicle.
