Domestic flight tickets, heritage fort/hotel bookings requiring advance non-refundable payment, and any permits already processed (e.g. for border-area excursions) are non-refundable once booked, regardless of cancellation timing.
Date changes made 7+ days before departure are accommodated free of charge, subject to availability. Changes within 7 days may incur a rebooking fee depending on hotel/vehicle availability.
In the rare case we must cancel a confirmed tour (e.g. due to a government-mandated closure of an area), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
