Day 1, Islamabad to Peshawar (via Taxila)
Drive from Islamabad, stopping at the Taxila (UNESCO) Gandhara ruins en route. Evening arrival in Peshawar.
Day 2, Old city Peshawar
Qissa Khwani (Storytellers’) Bazaar, the Mahabat Khan Mosque, the Sethi Havelis and the copper and spice markets.
Day 3, Museum & Khyber approach
The Peshawar Museum’s celebrated Gandhara sculpture, Bala Hisar Fort from outside, and the historic approach toward the Khyber Pass (subject to permissions).
Day 4, Return & departure
Drive back to Islamabad for your onward flight, or extend your stay.
