Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1, Arrive Karachi
Arrival and rest; briefing on the Indus Valley Civilisation.
Day 2, Karachi museums
The National Museum of Pakistan and Mohatta Palace to set the historical context.
Day 3, To Moenjodaro
Travel north into Sindh toward Larkana, gateway to Moenjodaro.
Day 4, Moenjodaro
A full day at Moenjodaro (UNESCO), the Great Bath, granary, citadel and grid-planned streets, and the site museum.
Day 5, Sindh to Punjab
Travel toward the Punjab heartland of the Harappan world (via Sukkur / Multan region).
Day 6, Toward Harappa
Continue to the Sahiwal area; evening briefing on the Harappa excavations.
Day 7, Harappa
Explore the Harappa archaeological site and museum, the northern twin of Moenjodaro on the old Ravi course.
Day 8, To Lahore
Travel to Lahore; the Lahore Museum’s Indus and Gandhara galleries.
Day 9, Departure
Transfer to Lahore airport for your onward flight.
