Day 2 — Kachura Lakes
Upper Kachura Lake hike and boat ride, plus Satpara Lake.
Day 3 — Deosai National Park
Full-day 4x4 expedition to Deosai — Sheosar Lake and wildflower meadows (June–September) or the open plateau in other months.
Day 4 — Shigar Fort & Kharpocho Fort
Shigar Fort heritage tour, then Kharpocho Fort hike timed for sunset views over Skardu and the Indus Valley.
