Questions
Yes — a 4x4 vehicle is absolutely required for Deosai. The road is unpaved and involves rocky terrain. Standard cars cannot make it. We include 4x4 transport in all packages that cover Deosai.
All our vehicles include an experienced local driver who knows every route and track in Gilgit-Baltistan. Self-drive is not recommended in the mountains.
