Short hike to Upper Kachura Lake — crystal turquoise water framed by granite peaks. Traditional wooden boat ride. Relaxed afternoon back at Shangrila's gardens.
Day 3 — Satpara Lake & Kharpocho Fort
Morning boat ride on Satpara Lake. Hike up to Kharpocho Fort for panoramic views over Skardu and the Indus Valley. Evening at Skardu Bazaar.
