Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1 — Islamabad to Skardu
Drive via KKH (or fly for a shorter version of this tour).
Day 2 — Skardu to Khaplu
Drive along the Shyok River. Visit Khaplu Fort and Chaqchan Mosque.
Day 3 — Khaplu to Hushe
Continue to Hushe Village — the last drivable point in the valley. Masherbrum dominates the view.
Day 4 — Hushe Valley Walk
Short trek toward the Aling Glacier edge for closer mountain views. Visit local Balti families.
Day 5 — Return to Khaplu & Skardu
Drive back through Khaplu, stopping at Manthoka Waterfall en route.
Day 6 — Return to Islamabad
Drive back via KKH.
