These terms apply to all bookings made with Skardu-Tours.com, a project of Pak-Tours.com, Govt. Licensed Tour Operator (License No. 9883).
Booking & Payment
- A booking is confirmed once a deposit or full payment is received via credit/debit card, JazzCash, EasyPaisa or bank transfer
- Full payment is generally required before your tour start date unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Prices are quoted in PKR (or USD for our international packages) and are subject to change until a booking is confirmed
Itinerary Changes
Skardu’s weather, road and flight conditions can change quickly. We reserve the right to adjust itinerary order, timing, or accommodation to an equivalent standard where circumstances beyond our control (weather, road closures, flight delays) require it. We will always aim to deliver the same overall experience.
Traveler Responsibilities
- Ensure you hold a valid visa/travel documents where applicable
- Disclose any relevant medical conditions before booking altitude-sensitive tours (e.g. Deosai, trekking)
- Follow your guide’s safety instructions, particularly on 4×4 routes and treks
Liability
We take reasonable care in selecting hotels, drivers and guides, but we are not liable for delays, losses or circumstances arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, natural events, or third-party service disruptions (e.g. airline cancellations).
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
